Early Bird Registration is until March 15, 2024
Please register by the deadline to confirm your participation. An ICTMD membership is required for presenters in the symposium. Visit https://ictmusic.org/membership/new to become a member or renew your membership.
Presenters and participants will shoulder the cost of the following:
• Accommodation;
• Breakfast;
• Some lunches;
• Most dinners;
• Airfare to the venue; and
• Local transportation within the city.
Aside from the registration fees, additional fees will be collected for the following:
• Closing dinner (Php800/pax); and
• Excursion or Tour (May include packages to tour heritage mansions, heritage and baroque churches, and beaches. Details to be provided in April 2024.)
Refunds
Early Bird and Regular registration may be refunded until May 15 (Philippine time) only;
Requests for refunds will no longer be entertained after May 15 (Philippine time);
Only 80% of the registration fee will be refunded, to wit:
Early bird: USD$40.00
Regular: USD$52.00
Transfer fees, finances charges and other fees connected with the refund will be charged to the participant.
